Log into your Vootbuy account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a printable shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn garments with all original tags attached into the original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
